Canopybedcurtain.com sells Internationally using secure payment facilities. Your Credit Card Company or Paypal account will charge you in US dollars.
Our Head Office is located in Australia. Some banks may charge a small fee for an International transaction. To avoid an international transaction fee it is advised to use PayPal.

We send your order as quickly and cost effectively as possible. International customers will receive orders from the nearest warehouse, dependent upon item availability. We select the most cost effective and guaranteed service and dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of receiving orders. To calculate shipping costs: add product to cart and then click on "Calculate Shipping" and follow prompts.
Please note that there are restrictions on some International destinations where guaranteed delivery cannot be accessed. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Any time frames stated on the web site for delivery of any goods, services or information are estimates only and we do not guarantee or promise delivery within the stated time frames.

We try our best to get all products to you as fast as possible and use third party shippers for delivery. If delivery details are incorrect or delivery email address is incorrect or blocked by clients spam filters or unable to be delivered due to reasons beyond standard delivery expectations or delivery details are changed once an order has been processed and is with a third party carrier we are not responsible for non-delivery and any return delivery charges will be deducted from any refund.
Postal/delivery services hold uncollected items for approximately 7 days before returning to sender. We are not responsible for unclaimed items. We are not liable for return postage costs of unclaimed items. Return costs and warehouse handling fees are at the buyers expense and will be deducted from any refund.
International Customs Duty and Sales Tax
Any Customs charges or sales taxes upon entry to you country are excluded from our prices. Should you be charged customs/sales tax they are at your expense.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For information about customs policies that apply in your country please contact your local customs office. Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are to be borne by the customer. We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be. Please note we are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.

Returns must be authorized with our office before sending to the warehouse. Contact us by email or telephone and lodge your intention to return and we will send you a return address label.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error and you received an incorrect or defective item.
We are unable to refund used or damaged items or items that are not returned in their original packaging in a manner suitable for resale. If the item is returned in a damaged or unsuitable for resale manner we will charge a restocking fee of 50% of the items cost and shipping costs.
Items that have been shipped for free
We subsidize the shipping costs of these items and ship for free to make our website simple and easy to use. Should you need to return an item it is at your expense and any refund to you will be reduced by the shipping fees we were charged to get the item to you. This amount will vary depending upon product and destination and shipping costs may be as high as $25.00 per item.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We refund your money on returned unclaimed parcels less costs incurred by us.
