CanopyBedCurtain.com sell internationally using secure payment facilities. Your Credit Card or PayPal account will be charged in US dollars.
Our office is located in Australia and some banks may charge a fee for international transactions, however to avoid this fee you can use PayPal.
Some banks may not allow international transactions resulting in failure of purchase. Contact your bank and allow payment and then retry your payment method.
Shipping from North Carolina, USA or Sydney, Australia
We send your order as quickly and cost effectively as possible. International customers will receive orders from the nearest warehouse, dependent upon item availability. We select the most cost effective and guaranteed service and dispatch within 1 to 2 business days of receiving orders. To calculate shipping costs: add product to cart and then click on "Calculate Shipping" and follow prompts.
Please note that there are restrictions on some international destinations where guaranteed delivery cannot be accessed. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Any time frames stated on the web site for delivery of any goods are estimates only and we do not guarantee or promise delivery within the stated time frames.
We try our best to get all products to you as fast as possible and use third party shippers for delivery. If delivery details are incorrect or delivery email address is incorrect or blocked by client’s spam filters or unable to be delivered due to reasons beyond standard delivery expectations or delivery details are changed once an order has been processed and is with a third-party carrier, we are not responsible for non-delivery and any return delivery charges will be deducted from any refund.
Many postal/delivery services hold uncollected items for 7 days before returning to sender. We are not responsible for unclaimed items. We are not liable for return postage costs of unclaimed items. Return costs are at the buyer’s expense. We are not liable or responsible for loss of items if "Permission to Leave" is given or directed by the customer and if delivery requests are specified it will be at the buyer’s risk.
Customs Duty and Sales Tax
Any Customs charges or sales taxes upon entry to your country are excluded from our prices. Should you be charged customs or sales tax they are at your expense.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For information about customs policies that apply in your country please contact your local customs office. Any additional charges for customs clearance, import duties or local taxes are borne by the customer. We do not take any responsibility for these charges and have no control over what they may be. Please note we are unable to reimburse any costs incurred in relation to those matters and do not accept any responsibility for delays as a result, regardless of the circumstances.
Please choose carefully. Most of our products can’t be resold once unwrapped due to health and hygiene reasons – (no one wants to sleep with used bedding).
We want you to love your purchase, but if you have changed your mind, you can return most unused or unwanted items within 30 days of purchase.
To get a refund the return must be authorized with our office before sending to the warehouse. Contact us by email or telephone and lodge your intention to return and we will forward return details. Free call 1800 983 2913
Bed canopies are categorized as Bedding Accessories. We are unable to provide a refund or accept the return of these products if they are used or not returned in original packaging. Items returned with obvious use, loose hairs, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains will be subject to refusal and exempt from a refund.
The condition of the returned item is determined by independent warehouse staff and not open to dispute.
To get a full refund, excluding shipping cost and restocking fee, return the item in the manner you received it. Unused, folded, clean and in original packaging.
Delivery costs and return costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. If your item was shipped for free any refund amount will not include the original shipping cost or warehouse handling fee.
If a refund is processed, we will refund the original purchase price in the form of the original payment method, minus any associated restocking fees and charges. Most refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the item returning to inventory.
Forward tracking details when the item is returned and you will be notified by your payment provider by e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We refund your money on returned unclaimed parcels less costs incurred by us.
