That's cut to fit a full or double mattress (both are 54" x 75") with generous drape on all four sides — never a tight, drum-skin fit. Can a full or double canopy bed curtain fit a single or twin bed?
Yes. A full/double canopy will fit over a single or twin bed (39" wide) with excess fabric — which gathers into softer folds at the corners and reads as a fuller, more romantic drape. The golden rule at canopybedcurtain.com is always "bigger is better" — a canopy sized up looks and hangs better than one cut too close. A full/double canopy is not big enough for a queen bed, though — for queen you need our queen size canopies.

What styles of full and double canopy bed curtain do you offer?
Three styles in full and double. The box canopy is a structured four-sided design that hangs from four ceiling points and creates the classic four poster bed look. The round canopy hangs from a single ceiling point and drapes outward into a flowing bell shape. And the temple canopy is a three-opening one-size-fits-all design with its own lightweight frame. Each style suits a different room and a different mood.

What fabrics are full and double canopy bed curtains available in?
Two fabrics. Natural cotton with our exclusive run-proof weave — breathable, machine washable, and built to last a decade or more. Or sheer polyester for a lighter, more transparent drape at the most affordable price. Silk isn't offered in full and double.

How do you hang a full or double canopy bed curtain from the ceiling?
It depends on the style. The box canopy uses four ceiling hooks positioned in a rectangle matching the canopy's top frame — one at each corner. The round canopy uses a single hook centred above the bed. The temple canopy hangs from a single central hook and is held open by its own lightweight frame. No four poster frame is needed for any of them.

Do I need a four poster bed to use a full or double canopy?
No. Every canopy we sell is designed to work either way — attached to the top rails of an existing four poster bed, or suspended from ceiling hooks over an ordinary bed. Ceiling-hung is how most of our customers install them, and it transforms a standard bed into a canopy bed without needing to buy new furniture.
